If you purchase eyewear online, you can enroll in PBOplus for a nominal fee of $25.00 for 2 years or $30.00 for three years of coverage.  If you choose not to do it at checkout, or if you purchase your eyewear from a PBO Certified Partner, you have 10 days from the date of purchase to enroll.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eEnrollment is for a single pair of glasses. If you want to protect more than one pair of PBO, you will have to enroll each pair of glasses. This is similar an extended warranty on your car.  It covers a specific car… not every car you will ever buy!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2.  Repair – PBOplus customers who damage their eyewear may file a repair claim to replace a lens or a frame.  When you file the claim, you must send the damaged product to our warehouse. PBOplus offers unlimited frame or lens repairs for the length of the coverage period at $50 per event.  Each repair includes a professional cleaning, and the return shipping is on us!\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.  Replacement – If your eyewear is lost or stolen, no worries—you can get a brand-new replacement pair for 50% off the retail price at the time of claim. If the original model is no longer available, you can select a different style of equal value.
