Guarantee

Your satisfaction is always our number one goal.  The Hook and Bullet Guarantee policy is simple. Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any Hook and Bullet Sunglasses or Hook and Bullet Gear in its original condition with original packaging in new and saleable condition for a FULL REFUND. Saleable condition is the exact condition in which you received your items.  It is just that easy.


Returns must be shipped back within 30 days of receiving your items.


FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns.     

Warranty

Warranties and repairs are a tricky subject.  Some of the biggest companies in our space have been hammered by the interpretation and their ability to live up to their warranties.  Hidden charges and misleading warranties are not what we are about.  We want you to be happy and we want your sunglasses to live up to your every expectation.  As the original owner, if you do not damage your sunglasses due to neglect (intentional or accidental), we will stand behind our lifetime guarantee. 

1. ARE BROKEN OR SCRATCHED LENSES COVERED UNDER YOUR LIFETIME WARRANTY?

Our replacement policy is pretty simple.  If you have a problem with your lens or frame that is the fault of the product, we will replace it with no questions asked. For free! If your problem exists from abuse on your behalf, that is on you.  For example, running your glasses over with the lawn mower is out of our control! We are always happy to evaluate every pair of glasses. Your satisfaction is always our number one goal.  

2. OKAY, IT WAS MY FAULT BUT I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY SUNGLASSES FIXED.  NOW WHAT? 

Repairs that are not deemed a manufacturing defect may be repaired at a cost to the customer. Send the sunglasses back to us and we'll evaluate them at no charge and contact you with repair options. 

3. WILL YOU SEND ME SCREWS/LENSES/PARTS FOR MY SUNGLASSES?

We do not send out parts for our sunglasses. Lenses and frame components need to be sent in for repair to have those parts replaced by our trained repair technicians. If you need to send your sunglasses in for repair, please contact us using the Contact Us page on this website.
