Our top priority is your satisfaction. Our straight forward Guarantee policy ensures that within 30-days of receiving your purchase, you can return any PBO product in its original condition for a full refund. The product must be in new and sellable condition, exactly as you received it. All you have to do is fill out the form at the bottom of this page for return instructions.
Can I return a product to the place of original purchase?
Yes. If you purchased a product that you want to exchange or return from one of our retail partners, they will be responsible for your return/exchange.
I purchased from your online store. What do I do?
No problem. Please fill out the form below and select "30-Day Guarantee." We will send you a return label and an email explaining the process.
Warranty
Hidden charges and misleading warranties are not what we are about. Bottom line is we want you to be happy with your purchase. As the original owner, if you do not damage your the product due to neglect, intentional or accidental, we will stand behind our lifetime guarantee. Please fill out the form below.
Are broken or scratched lenses covered under the warranty?
If you have a problem with your lens that is the fault of the product, we will replace it with no questions asked. If you keep your sunglasses on your face or in the case, your lens will not scratch. This being said, we understand that you may inadvertently scratched your lens. If you do, we offer a one-time, 50% off replacement lens policy. Just fill out the form below and select "I am a caveman."
Are broken frames covered?
Just like the lenses, If you have a problem with your frames that is the fault of the product, we will replace it no questions asked. Our frames are designed to perform in the harsh outdoor conditions. If you have a problem with your frame that you believe is due to a manufacturing defect, please fill out the form below and choose "Warranty Issue."
Will you send me parts to repair my sunglasses?
We do not send out parts. Lenses and frame components need to be sent to the PBO facility for repair by our trained technicians. If you need to send your sunglasses in for repair, please send us a note in the form below.
Can your retail partners do warranty work?
No. All warranty work is performed by Purpose Built Optics. Please fill out the form below.
